Support
Contracted support is aimed
at business customers who know that they will need a certain amount of
support on a regular basis.
They can then enter into a standing arrangement to a number of support hours per month. This can be for as little as one hour per month. These hours then cost less than the standard hourly rate.
In addition customers with contracted support are given priority consideration when booking when to use their hours and also in booking additional non contract hours when these are exceptionally required.
Peaks and troughs in requirements are catered for by allowing contracted hours to be carried forward into the following month, but they must either be used in that month or lost.
Contracts can be terminated with one months notice..
